All Team members , It is that time of the year again and this year we are going big . Sat night we will be throwing a party for anyone that wants to show and Fri-Sun we will hopefully be showing the ABA that sun Bru has some of the fastest riders out tthere.
As in the past we will be bringing out the big tent and Catering food on Friday. Food will be $8 per person and there is always plenty o eat. This year we will be doing enchiladas resstaurant. Sat and Sunday we will cook out.
The tent runs roughly $600 andis a blessing if it rains etc ,since it is fully enclosed . Those working the parking lot will not need to chip in . Those wishing o use the tent area to keep belongings safe etc. Will need to pitch in $20 per family. or $10 per person.
Parking lot duties will be ran in shifts of 2 hour . We will assign walkie talkies to each of the 3 zones . That way if someone needs to watch a rider they can pull in back up for a few minutes . Money raised for this goes to pay for the following : s , 20x30 Grands Team Pit area ($600) Bike Shop Team Sheets ( $500 for the year ) Artist fees etc. . Supers Tent and several other smaller things . The track keeps the paking fees and we are then paid a set rate.
A Rep for all factory riders is expected to help out as wel as people using Velocity .

Count me in for the tent and one shift on the parking. We will also eat the yummy food. How about I bring several packs of super delicious jalapeno-cheese venison sausage and several pounds of venison burger. We just won't tell anyone that it is venison Hehehehe!! I will look in the freezer and see what other goodies I can bring.

I would be willing to cook crawfish on Saturday if we had enough people to chip in on the costs. Crawfish is still high right now but it sho' is yummy. Just let me know in advance how many people would want crawfish. I would say $10 a person should cover it. I will cook if we have at least 10-12 people commit to the mudbugs.
