Sprints are good and all but nothing beats the sit up . Do lots of them and reward yourself . Aw you say tell me more . I like to eat a potato chip for every sit up i do . Let me explain the math here This is algebra like stuff . Little Bru people get an adult for this part .
50 sit ups = 50 chips if you do them fast you can add salsa or bean dip . This is call the rewards program . Plus the chips have protein and other common chip charactoristics that may or may not be healthy.
But potatoes are vegetables and chips come from potatoes so yes it is now healthy to eat them . I like doritos but you should choose your own rewards chips or cup cakes . Yes but you might have to do less situps if you choose cupcakes. I aint about to eat no fifty cupcakes.
Now i think about it the cupcake sit up plan will be good for if your in a hurry . Because if you aint got time to do but like 5 sit ups , 5 chips aint going to fill to rewarding but 5 cupcakes would be real good .
Lets go with that plan
so remember for positive rewarding workouts
Low number of situps use cupcakes
high number of situps eat chips
