If you want to get the most out of your session always use Kool Aid . I find the red Kool Aid motivates me the most . You cant see red and not think sports car. I ad plenty of sugar for that extra Kick . Do not try and substiute Food Coloring for the real thing.
Keep in mind they say water is good for you and kololl aid has the right amount of water in it to keep you hydarated .
